Roller chains

Roller chains for motion transmission both in shaped plate and flat plate versions, in simple double, triple and on request even further versions. The roller chains are available in carbon steel or in an oxidation-resistant version for aggressive uses and environments: galvanized, nickel-plated, geomet or dracromet and in AISI304 stainless steel. For special applications, duplex or superduplex steel versions are also available. Also available are chains with Regina or Arnold A1, A2 type attachments or with vertical attachments with one or two holes M35-2 and M2, chains with hollow pin and with protruding pins for transport applications. Material available with FAB brand and OCM Japan product with sintered bushes, Supershield treatment and TLH three-layer treatment with high resistance to oxidation.

La progettazione

La progettazione di una trasmissione a catena comprende sia la scelta della catena che il dimensionamento delle ruote dentate. Si deve stabilire inoltre l'esatto interasse tra i loro centri ed un eventuale sistema di lubrificazione. Talune volte si rendono necessari carter e tendicatena per un corretto e miglior funzionamento della trasmissione stessa.
